Abstract : Oman has been significantly impacted by the global technology sector due to the emergence of COVID-19. This text provides an overview of the impact of COVID-19 on the technology industry in Oman. The epidemic precipitated a significant shift towards technical innovation and remote working, expediting the adoption of technological solutions across various industries. Oman's technology sector had significant challenges during this period, but it also encountered specific opportunities. Various sectors within this business experienced supply chain disruptions and economic fragility, while other sectors witnessed a surge in demand for their products and services. The aforementioned summary highlights significant trends and advancements, such as the expansion of e-commerce, reliance on information technology, and the government's initiatives to support the technology industry.
