Abstract :
This article attempts to investigate algebraic properties related to real valued horizontal quasi-continuous functions pertaining to first variable. This attempt is meant to introduce notions of upper and lower horizontal quasi-continuous functions of the first variable. Examples are provided wherever necessary. A few results on the uniform limits of horizontal quasi-continuous functions by considering the first variable.
