Abstract : Traditionally, testing is done first at end of the design phase, however this is no longer the case. Testing, finding, and categorising bugs, as well as releasing the development changes into the product, carries a price tag. If the test/verification team discovers a high-severity issue at the end of the lifecycle, the costs may climb. Even if all of the issues are resolved, the release could be delayed. Shift-Left testing is done in isolation by the test/verification team and does not increase testing time, but it has demonstrated to be in sync with product development in some cases. In the context of a process, shifting-left refers to taking action early on. Shift-left testing refers to the practise of testing software earlier in the development cycle than is customary, or to the left in the delivery pipeline, as opposed to the traditional practise of testing software later in the development cycle. Shifting to a "shift left" strategy assumes that the software development team may find bugs faster if they test their code as it is being written, rather than waiting until the end of the project. Before the code is available for testing, shift left testing encourages developers to write test cases. An agile software development strategy known as "shift left" stresses putting test cases in place early in the life cycle of a project rather than at the conclusion. It also means that automated tests will cover a larger portion of a project's planned functionality rather to just a small portion. The shift left testing adoption benefits the organization to reduce the development cost and time as the testing is done along with development to avoid delay in the process. This paper analyse the benefits of organizations who adopted shift left testing in the software development process..

Abstract : In this paper, air distribution parameters inside the selected control room in cooling mode ventilated by cassette type air conditioner was analyzed. In this work, the investigation in both experimentally and numerically have been conducted. An proper control room was selected for experiment design with dimensions of 4.8m width, 5m length, and 3.55m height. Furthermore, the instrument devices for measuring the air temperature and air velocity were arranged and prepared. An ANSYS workbench software was utilized for CFD simulation to analysis the air distribution numerically and compare the results with experimental work. The same dimensions of the room and 4 way cassette air conditioner were used as physical modelling by ANSYS design modular. Mesh independence was applied to obtain the accurate data. Reynolds averaged Navier–Stokes equation (RANS) and the standard k-epsilon k-ε transport equations were utilized to estimate the streamline of the air inside a control zone. The outcomes revealed that average percentage error between predicted and empirical data was 8.88% for velocity readings and (7.6%, 2.8%, and 3.2%) for temperature results on (pole 1, pol 2, pole 3) respectively. As a result, we can state that the experimental data validate the numerical model..

Abstract : Waste bank has problems in the storage of overload plastic bottle waste and even exceeds the storage capacity which should be approximately to 40 tons. Meanwhile, the size of the storage space on the waste bank is limited and even overload waste also takes up other storage space. The factor of this overloading is because the factory that takes plastic bottle waste is uncertain as taking plastic bottle waste at waste bank. The purpose of the plastic bottle waste press tool is to produce a design for the plastic bottle waste press. The process of designing this plastic bottle waste press will use a rational method. This method is used to obtain potential solutions and specifications for plastic bottle presses wishes of the supplier. In order for the designed tool to be comfortable to use, the tool design data will be combined with anthropometric data used to design the dimensions of the plastic bottle press tool that will be made. The rational method is a method that emphasizes a systematic approach in product processing. The results of this study showed that the design of the plastic bottle press using the rational method has been simulated to give good results where there is a decrease in the volume dimension reach 25%. There is an emphasis on plastic bottles when pressing using a press and it has been simulated that it can summarize the volume of plastic bottle waste..

Abstract : Echinacea purpurea is an introduced herbal growing natively in subtropical countries with optimal growing conditions of full sun exposure and low temperature. It has of biochemical compounds: alcamide, polyene, caffeic acid derivatives. E. purpurea can be developed potentially in the tropics, especially Indonesia, but the cultivation at lower altitudes will reduce the accumulation of biomass produced. The purpose is to provision of biochar and growth regulators of the auxin cytokinin group is an effort to develop E. purpurea cultivation, especially in the lowlands in increasing yield components and total flavonoid compounds. The research using Split-plot design consist of biochar (husk charcoal, wood charcoal) and growth regulator concentration (0,2,4,6 ml/L). The results showed that application of both the biochar and growth regulator that can effect the morphological characters and yield result E. purpurea. Treatment of both husk charcoal and wood charcoal at 6 ml concentration provided optimum yield in extract (6.07%) and flavonoid total (0.596%). Variables of morphological characters and yields are interrelated with each other. The coefficients of correlation between wet, dry and harvest index are 0.660 (strong correlation) and 0.394 (medium correlation) at a very significant level. The correlation between variables component yield and flavonoid level of E. purpurea was very significant with a strong correlation level of 0.756. The treatment of auxin cytokine growth regulators has an effect on yield components and total flavonoid accumulation compared to the type of biochar given..

Abstract : At first, 3D printing FDM printers were limited to printing one filament at a time because there was only one nozzle. With the development of double extruders in recent years, the printout can print parts consisting of two or more materials. With the ability of a double extruder printer that still has to maintain and care for both extruders, it will take up quite a lot of time. Therefore, developing a 3D engine design using the VDI 2221 method is necessary. The VDI 2221 design method is used to solve problems and optimize the use of materials and costs. Based on the selection of design concept variations, the third variant shows the highest percentage, which is 91.67% from a technical point of view and 100% from an economic point of view, which has the potential for more straightforward repairs and lower costs. For the clip power window measurements, the average length value is 98.47%, width is 99.92%, T1 is 99.87%, T2 is 99.2% mm, and weight is 99.31%. Weight measurement in clip power window products is essential because the heavier a product is, the more filament needs will also increase. Based on the tensile test results, the most considerable tensile strength value is 32.95 MPa, with a maximum infill of 100% and an average value of 31.59 MPa. So it can be concluded that the modified 3D printer design results have the potential for more straightforward repairs and lower costs..
