Abstract : In this paper, characteristic of hemp/bagasse fibres hybrid reinforced Poly-lactic Acid (PLA) green composite (GC) materials were extensively studied. The GC’s materials synthesis was carry out using PLA emulsion (PL2000) as matrix with mass fraction of 60% and 40% of hemp/bagasse hybrid fibres as reinforcement. mass fraction ratio of (40%:0%), (30%:10%), (20%:20%), (10%:30%), and (0%:40%), respectively. The hemp and bagasse fibers surfaces are modify using the alkalization method and the material synthesis using the compression molding method. The GC was characterized using tensile, flexural, density and swelling tests. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the internal morphology of the GC. The microstructure of the GC sample with hemp/bagasse fibers mass ratio 10%:30% D sample hybrid GC showed better interfacial bonding and the addition of bagasse fiber improve the interfacial strength. It has been conclude that the D sample (sample with 10% hemp fiber and 30% bagasse fiber ratio allow obtaining GC with better tensile and flexural properties than the A, B, C, and E samples. The results obtained in this study may be used for further comparative study of the hybrid GC with different matrix and addition of citric acid as crosslinker agent..

Abstract : Nurse scheduling is the task that helps in assigning nurses to the particular shift for a specific room. Nowadays, as the medical field is growing widely in a rapid manner there are few challenges faced in it. One of them would be the scheduling of work to specific people at the specific time because in hospital people's presence is required for all 24 hours. Among those one of the categories we are concentrating is Nurse's. Assigning shift for each of them and also fulfilling both hospitals and the nurse's requirement would be a major challenge. Sometimes when this scheduling is done manually it might end up in a situation wherein there might be violation of the hospital criterias or might not be able to fulfill some other person's (nurse) request. So this Nurse scheduling will help to clear out such problems. Nurse scheduling helps in assigning nurses to the shifts. This includes 3 nurses in 3 shifts per day that is morning, afternoon and night shift respectively. The scheduling of shifts is done each day as per the EMTL table. One among 3 nurses can have 1 requirement each week. And only one among 3 nurses can apply for a request for a requirement on that particular day..

Abstract : A series of new pyrazole-containing compounds 3a-c were synthesized from chalcone derivatives 2a-c with an excess of hydrazine hydrate under reflux in acetic acid. The structure of the produced compounds was established by Melting point, TLC, FT-IR spectroscopy, and 1H-NMR. The target compounds (3-acetylcoumarin, 2a, 2b, 2c, 3a, 3b, 3c & Pivaloylampicillin) underwent a docking procedure Ampicillin-CTX-M-15. The orthosteric target was shown to bind to every hit. (Active) location of the enzyme, which might signify a competitive inhibition mechanism. The cytotoxic effect of compound 3b against MCF-7 cells was studied. The antiproliferative activity of compound 3b was tested by studying its ability to inhibit cell proliferation. The results demonstrated the ability of compound 3b to make morphological changes in breast cancer cell lines after being treated with compound 3b..

Abstract : Wave data is an essential element in coastal disaster risk studies. The dimensions and structural types of seawalls and breakwaters on the coast depend on these elements. Extreme storm surges can cause significant damage to coastal areas. In wave theory, the wind can produce waves. The bigger the wind, the stronger the waves. According to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the wind is a part of the climate element that has the potential to change along with climate change. This paper proposes a new approach to predict future waves based on climate change. The technique contains slope correlation and regression analysis. The slope correlation is proposed in this paper to improve the performance of the Pearson Correlation for such a particular purpose. This study uses the Ampenan coastal area to demonstrate the proposed approach. This research implements wind data from the Selaparang Airport Station to represent the coastal winds in Ampenan, Indonesia, and climate change data from the IPCC. The recorded wind is from 1988 to 2020, and the climate change data is from 1988 to 2100. Selaparang Airport Station is the closest wind station to Ampenan beach. The distance between the Selaparang station and the Ampenan beach is less than ten kilometers. The result of the demonstration showed an increase in the average and minimum wind speed values. The average increase is about 3 knots from 1990 to 2100. However, the maximum value of wind speed remains the same until 2100. In addition, the standard deviation of wind speed gradually decreases in the future..
